In person wellness session

This is an opportunity for the community to come together in person and collectively tune into the power of love, gratitude, and joy. A sacred and safe space is created to support the opening of our heart. We begin with a mindful approach which allows time to reflect on our current state of being, while also intentionally turning our attention towards what it is that we want to heal. During this time, you will be guided through meditation and gentle movement exercises to help us deeply connect with both ourselves and others around us. In Person Wellness Sessions are approximately 25-30 minutes per session, with 4 rounds of healing and an intermission between rounds.
